amendments to the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature                                                                 
providing that the 2020 edition of "Mason's Manual of Legislative                                                               
Procedure" shall implement the rules; and providing for an effective                                                            
date for the amendments, was engrossed, signed by the President and                                                             
Secretary and transmitted to the House for consideration.
